Our fully automated backup system stores your backups in a remote location for better security and seamless disaster recovery.

Our backups include the database and all files within your WordPress installation.

Schedule

We perform backups every week on Sunday at 2:00 AM CET. This is the default configuration, but don't hesitate to contact our support if you need a different day/time.

Retention

We store backups for 30 days. This is the default configuration, but don't hesitate to contact our support team if you need them stored longer.

Restoring backups

Please get in touch with our support team via chat if you want to restore a backup, and we will handle it for you.

The process usually doesn't take more than 5 minutes, and you won't be on yourself - that's part of our service.
