Backups

Our backup system is fully automated and stores full copies of your entire WordPress installation (files + database) in a remote location for seamless disaster recovery.

View Backups

You can access your backups within your Site Details. Click on the name of your site and switch to the Backup tab:

We automatically run a full backup of your entire site every week and keep 30 days of backups for each site.

Create Backup

Alongside our automated backups, you can also create on-demand backups by clicking the Request Backup button.

All processes here are asynchronous - you don't have to wait for anything - click the button, close the window, and come back later.

We cache the backup list for better performance, but if you've requested a backup and can't see it in the list, simply click the Refresh List button and we recreate the backup table on the fly.

Restore Backups

Restoring a backup is as easy as creating one - click on the Restore Backup button next to the backup you want to restore, and we handle the rest for you:

Delete Backups

Similar to creating and restoring backups, we also offer an easy way to delete backups.

Backups are stored remotely and don't affect your WordPress website or storage, so there is little reason to delete them, but we wanted to offer it anyway.

Backups are only visible after the first automated backup has been created.
