Subscription

Once you've signed up for a paid plan, you will see your details in the account box within your dashboard:

  • E-Mail: the account e-mail, also used for payment-related e-mails
  • Renews at: Shows you the date when we try to collect the next payment
  • Status: active, canceled (you can still work on your websites), expired (you lose access to your sites)

Upgrade Subscription

As we price based on the number of sites, there will be a day when you want to increase the number of sites you can create.

To do that, click the Manage Subscriptions button, which will forward you to our subscription portal.

Log in with the credentials we've sent you after your initial purchase and navigate to Subscription -> Upgrade.

Just so you know, the login credentials for the subscription portal differ from those you use to log into the app.

Expired Subscription

We won't delete your sites immediately after your account expires. We give you a grace period of 5 days (and send you multiple reminders) before finally deleting all your account-associated sites from our service.
