Do you offer refunds?

Yes. We have a 30-day refund period.

We will ask why you want a refund. We are happy to process it for you if it's a valid reason.

Valid reasons are:

  • incompatibility with another plugin (which could not be fixed by us)
  • incompatibility with hosting (maybe a cache problem)
  • your client terminated the project
  • you missed canceling your trial period

Not valid reasons:

  • I want my money back
  • A huge amount of support effort on our site
  • Asking for a refund 30 days after purchase

Payment Processing Fees:

Refunds do not include the payment processing fee.

This is not money we have received; it's the transaction fee we pay to Stripe (and PayPal), which is about 3% of the total payment.

We think it's fair, as we also have the administrative overhead of refunding the transaction and communicating.
