Getting support is simple but varies based on your payment plan.

Free Plugin

We won't answer questions regarding the free plugin on our website or any e-mail-based support channels.

The only valid channel for support regarding the free plugin is the form on wordpress.org.

Free support can take up to 7 days to get a response and does not include help with website-specific issues or custom code snippets.

Pro Plugin

You can access the support for our pro plugin from any page on our website by clicking the beacon in the bottom-right corner and switching to the "Ask" tab.

Messages that aren't strictly pre-sale questions and don't include a valid license key will be closed automatically, without exception.


We will respond within 24 hours on business days; weekends excluded.

Each Studio subscription includes our priority support package, which means your tickets will always be solved first with the highest priority and also include support over weekends.
